rain22 Posted May 24, 2018 Share Posted May 24, 2018 Suggestion Description: including "dolly in tow" combo to the list of acceptable save edit trailer combos for Combined Trailers Any example images: my friend was ok with me backing in to him to show the dolly has full collision, no extras and no clipping spots. the dolly also has tail lights and turn signals Why should it be added?: in the USA a driver of a double or triple is allowed to, after dropping a trailer in the combo, tow the dolly behind the final trailer. this is 50 state legal - also includes 48FT trailers they are not allowed to: - pull the dolly behind the 3rd trailer -pull the dolly behind the second trailer in a RMD setup - pull the dolly behind the cab with a trailer hooked to the dolly (not applicable as the cab does not have a dolly hitch) - hook a dolly to a 53FT trailer original topic posted before being suggested to add it to suggestions 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Forerunner Posted May 24, 2018 Share Posted May 24, 2018 Hello, This is not planned to be allowed as it can lead to issues where a player may collide with the dolly due to it not being easily visible when seen from the interior when travelling behind.
