cant get online ATS

i have ATS in my steam account have 30+hours on record not using family share the Website tells me its checking for game please come back in 5 mins i have given the website atleast 5-6 hours to fix there issue im still receiving the same issues i already have ETS2 linked to my account and can play online is there any solutions to make my game verify on Truckersmp website im itching to play online with friends.
