first of all: Keep in mind that a clear title helps other users a lot better.
"Hello" isnt specific enough. Try to combine some words like "Can't catch players".

2nd: Powercycle your modem / router and WAIT at least 30 seconds before you plug the cord back in.

1. Unplug the power cord from the modem and your router.
2. Verify you have unplugged the correct cords by checking that all the lights on the modem / router are turned OFF.
3. Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back into the modem / router.
4. Verify the lights are turned ON
