Download 1.31 update doesn't work

Hi, I've just tried to install the 1.31 update for truckersmp, but it downloaded file 1 and when It downloads file 2 the green line locks at 1,31 mb, 0,18 mb.... I've already tried to restart the download four or five times, and I've tried to reinstall truckersmp, too.

Please, somebody helps me...
