Can't login because it says i dont have ETS2

Im helping my friend getting MP but he got ETS2 played it 2 hours and his profile is public, anyone knwos how to fix this ?

does he have his Game Details set to public, too? (Not only for friends etc)

And he should uncheck "Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details."
