Steam Gamepad Issues

Anyone experience the issue where the steam gamepad loses configuration when launching ETS2?  I can't skip the intro scene and have to completely turn off (remove batteries) and turn on the controller before all functions come back, this happens every time but I've had other situations where I lose the configuration during gameplay but that is sporadic.

Just try to run Steam ''Run as Administrator'' because for at least Windows 10 I had lot of problems with things and in 80% of trouble ''Run as Administrator'' always helped just have a try.

Hello 

Please try steps bellow:

1. Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 in your Steam library,
2. Click on “Properties”,
3. Click on “Set Launch Options”
4. Type in “-nointro”,
5. Click “OK”,
6. Click “Close”,
7. Launch the game.

-  Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2.

-  Properties.

- Local Files.

- Verify Integrity of Game Files.

 Wait until the game files are verified and try whether the error still occurs.

There is nothing to do with the integrity of the game. errors caused by these coding mechanisms.
 

@PuddleMud Try your steam gamepad by keying it again, or the keys may not work.
