I haven't MP window

Hello!

my problem is:

If I launch multiplayer, i don't have a window launcher :(, 0 errors, only i haven't window.

If i start ets 2 single with steam, all working...

HELP!

Moim problemem jest:

Jeżeli odpalam multi, to nie pojawia mi się okno multiplayera... Żadnych errorów nie ma.

Ets 2 na jednoosobowym działa bez zarzutu...

POMOCY!

Hey there :)

Follow these steps:

1-)Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

2-)Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

3-)Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

4-)Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

5-)Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

6-)Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

1. SOLUTION ROAD

 - If you are using Windows 7, please install Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
 - Complete the Windows Update updates.
 - Install programs such as Directx, Microsoft Framework 4.6.
 - Make sure that the drivers for your display card are up to date.
 

2. SOLUTION ROAD

 

  -  Verify files
  - Download TruckersMP again
  - Restart PC
  - Run as administrator

I follow your steps, and 

- I have SP 1 (win 7)

-Windows updates ok

- If i install it, i have information, because i have already this programs,

- I used to uninstall driver graphic card... I restart computer, and drivers will being install automaticly and this moment Launcher don't working...

Hi there again :)

Try following solutions:

1. Open Steam, go to LIBRARY -> GAMES

2. Right click on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open Properties

3. After the Properties window has opened click LOCAL FILES tab and press BROWSE LOCAL FILSES

4. A folder with game files opens. Remember the path to this Folder

 

Doesn't work?

1. Click Start -> Run (or WIN+R)

2. Type regedit and hit enter

3. Follow the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TruckersMP

4. Look at the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2"

 

If they differ:

1. Copy the folder address from STEP 1

2. Change the value parameter "InstallLocationETS2" (Insert the copied folder address)

3. Click OK.

After that, many users get another error: "Connection error - retry?" In this case, open Task Manager, close all Programmes of TruckersMP/ETS and try to start the Launcher as an administrator again.

 

Download Ultrasurf / Windscribe.

Run Ultrasurf.

Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.

Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.

Exit Ultrasurf.

Since there are no errors, I've seen a common issue regarding your specific issue with DirectX9. Please post your game.log.txt from Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 so we can get some more information.

 

Please either attach the file or paste the contents to PasteBin and post a link to the contents.
