Suggestion Name:  New teams that are dedicated to dealing with Recruitment & Feedback

 

Suggestion Description: Teams that are dedicated to dealing with applications & feedback to speed the system up

 

Any example images:  No

 

Why should it be added?: Frees up GM's so they can focus more on their roles keeping the game flowing & dealing with reports, having teams that deal with feedback & recruitment would be like real life with the HR Department & Customer Services...Alternatively having Support deal with Feedback is also a good option! 

 

P.S i was going to suggest a Self Check system for applications so you can see if you meet the requirements or are wasting your time ( currently it only blocks you if you have a ban in the last year but doesn't say about anything else )  like with websites you can check to see if you are likely to be accepted to take out a loan or whatever

Only our managers and developers have access to the administration aspect of recruitments and feedback, meaning that they are the ones that deal with it. Since we value our feedback, we need to take our time to make sure we handle all feedback as good as possible. It can take a little while to get something sorted, but it must be sorted right since that's the point of feedback.

 

Game Moderators and other staff has no access to feedback nor to the recruitment pages. Their work does not influence the speed in which recruitments or feedback are being handled.

I agree there may be some sort of other self-checks that could be added, but that depends on our developers.
