None of them is duplicated or placed where it shouldn't be. Using other trucks parts is ok, if you don't duplicate them or use them in a way they extend the size of the truck drastically. The visual trailer modification is alright, keep in mind that it's weight must be equal or heavier than 1 Ton, which is the minimum in-game.
