I think the problem isn't the game version, but is about Steam privacy settings.

 

Please go to your Steam profile -> Edit profile -> My privacy settings -> Game details, and set that to Public.

 

Also please ensure that you are the owner of the game (family share does not work).

Ats is now in open beta. Thus unplayable in the current 1.31.0.7 version,  please downgrade to 1.30 to play atsmp.

1.31.0.7 is beta. it is not supported to play ATSMP

So if you want to play ATSMP, you must downgrade to 1.30

Beta version does not support MultiPlayer. Please select "None" in the settings.
