As you may or may not be aware but steam recently updated their privacy settings and in doing so added a feature to hide games and hours by default unless you're a friend. This can be changed to public and I have made a tutorial about it. This is very useful as quite a lot of VTCs ask about steam hours and if they need to check they can't as they are not your friend.
