CasperedTrucker
If you want to be realistic, use the mouse or assign keys to your controller / keyboard to move them. Otherwise you can switch and have virtual mirrors (It's either F1 or F2) Hope this helps
Fretraq
Mirrors are important without them being able to overtake another people. I using two mirrors just when overtake.
AngryBadger
I use FaceTrackNoIR because I don't have a proper TrackIR headset. It's something I'm looking at building soon because the FaceTrack is a bit flaky sometimes but I like it much better than using a mouse or keys to look around. Aberidius
I don't use the HUDs (mirrors, gps). When I play in singleplayer I use HTC Vive from time to time. For looking around I have the Follow Wheel setting and the pads on the back of my wheel.

Andrei-Nicusor0
I look around very easily because I drive with the mouse and I can rotate my camera very easily through the booth so I can use the mirrors!

Rene Sneipa [GER]
I hate HUD elements like F2 Mirrors or Route Advisor ... I use the control pad on my steering wheel to look left, right, back or to reset the cam. I also have a Stream Deck as a little button box where i can change the camera while driving a curve. In future i wish to buy a eyetracker to look around.
Evillian
I use TrackIR and no F2 mirrors. You have to get used to this and give it some time, but i couldn't do without it now. Much more realistic.
Nath5642
I have one of the side mirrors on and to look left or right I use the round scrolly wheel on the Logitech G29
Leon Baker
I always use F2 for right mirror, as I'm left side driver and I can see only left mirror, but when im overtaking or something it's not confortable to check right side with keyboard buttons, so F2 mirror is very useful thing. But most of players don't even use mirrors as I see
//R8 Power
F2 I can not use it.I just use real mirrors.

I know some people use things like TrackIR to look around with your head movements. Do you use the F2 mirrors on both sides or one side, or use the mouse to look around, or have key mappings to look to one side? I use one mirror on F2 for driving and have key mappings to look both ways for junctions. What do you use? I use my mouse as I have a wheel when driving. I would love something like TrackIR though. About the F2 mirrors and stuff, I normally only use that and the map with F3 when in busy areas so I don't have to keep looking around at other players. stojan231
Hello! I use the only the left mirror with the F2 button and I have my camera set so far back in the cabin so I don't have to move my camera or use the F2 right mirror its just there. dragonslayingmaster1000
I use mouse steering so I have my left and right mouse buttons to look left and right and I have the F2 mirror for the right so I don't need to constantly right click to change my view. MartyTheGamer
I have buttons on my wheel mapped for looking left and right. I have ones that instantly look in that direction, and ones which gradually move my view in either directions. I hate having UI elements while I drive.
