I do not understand this:   "Extract the corresponding file from "skoda_car.scs" (which you copied in Step 1) to that folder; from "skoda_car.scs \ def \ vehicle \ truck_dealer \ <truckbrand>" to "<modname> \ def \ vehicle \ truck_dealer \" truckbrand> "it will be a" .sii "

@[RLC] TehRamsus_

Open the "skoda_car.scs" file with WinRAR or similar (ex. 7zip) and then go to the " \ def \ vehicle \ truck_dealer \ <truckbrand>" location, say you choose volvo as truckbrand, open volvo and inside there will be a "volvo-8.sii" file. Extract that file to the new "<modname>\ def \ vehicle \ truck_dealer \ <truckbrand>"  that you created and then edit the .sii file that you just pasted when you're done

1.    Value multiplied by value  - (value*value) for programmers making tools
2.    Divide this new value by 65025  - (/65025) for programmers making tools

These values will have a decimal point this must be a ".", so change it to a "." if your country uses a "," instead of as a decimal point as it would break the vehicle. Put them into the save as "(edited_r, edited_g, edited_b)" in the colour slot you want, for example, "base_color".

i dont understand this part. can somebody explain?

Hello can you try the step below?

  • Access the Control Panel
  • Type "folder" into the search bar and select Show hidden files and folders.
  • Then, click on the View tab at the top of the window.
  • Under Advanced Settings, locate "Hidden files and folders." Select Show hidden files and folders just below that.
  • Click on apply and ok this window close.
  • Now go to Local Disk C > ProgramData > TruckersMP > data > ets2 > mods > skoda_car.mp change to skoda car.scs
