Cannot connect to ETS2MP in any way.

Hello Baymax (The Personal Health Agent) ^_^, follow the steps that Kien mentioned, if it does not work, follow these steps.

1. Start TruckersMP as an administrator.
2. Enable compatibility mode for Windows 7 (If you are using a higher operating system)

If none of these methods work, I suggest opening a support so that the specialized TruckersMP team can solve your problem.

Please Follow this step's:

1-) Go to Documents and Delete the ETS2MP Folder

2-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

3-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)

4-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

5-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

6-) And, go to re/download this launcher here: https://truckersmp.com/download

Hey!

You can try to open ports for turckersmp :)

According to the api (http://api.ets2mp.com/servers/) are 42860, 42880 and 42890

Shame it didn't work though, I'll contact Support if the other solutions don't work either
