Hello @ETS-L.H[280]Hei/Ge, have you tried any of the options below?

1. Turn off your internet modem and after 5 minutes start again?
2. Restart the PC? And try to initialize the TruckersMP Launcher as an administrator?
3. Have you recently made any proxy-related changes to your computer? If yes, put it as it was (default setting)
4. Look in this area for solutions related to your problem and see if there are any existing topics: https://forum.truckersmp.com/index.php?/forum/142-solutions/
5. If you receive many multiplayer recommendations but none of the supposed solutions solved, open a ticket in the TruckersMP Help Desk because there is a trained team that will help you: https://support.truckersmp.com/

6. Uninstall your TruckersMP and clean files left over on your computer (in the logs, temporary and various) and then do a clean installation of TruckersMP, you can try following the steps below.

7. Restore the Firewall settings to the default

8. Have you tried to disable the proxy system? If not, follow the steps below (if you do not know)

S2 - HgavckX.png

If "Use proxy server" is enabled turn it off

First do all the steps given by the players, if none of them solve, then you should open a ticket in Help Desk

If my answer helped you, mark it as the best answer and say which solution helped you, and ask an employee to close your topic!

The way to fix this is:

Step 1.
Right click your 'Euro Truck Simulator 2 Multiplayer' / 'American Truck Simulators Multiplayer' .exe file, whether it be the shortcut on the desktop or actual file and then click properties.

Step 2.
If you right clicked it's shortcut, make sure you clicked the shortcut tab.
If you clicked the .exe file, make sure you are on the general tab.
You should see a section say: (   Target: "C:\Program Files\TruckersMP\launcher_ets2mp.exe"   ) OR it's custom install path. (Minus the brackets)
What you need to do is on the end of it, add: (   -homedir C:\Users\Michael\Documents\ETS2MP   )
It should look something like: (   Target: "C:\Program Files\TruckersMP\launcher_ets2mp.exe" -homedir C:\Users\Michael\Documents\ETS2MP ) If you understand what the -homedir fuction does, feel welcome to change it, if you are worried or don't know what to do, just leave it as it is. If you have a problem, message me on Steam CurlySaga

Hello. Welcome to TMP forum :)

Follow these guides:

You should start TruckersMP as admin. This is really important.

Also try to start TruckersMP with DirectX (64)

Guide:

> Go to your steam App
> Go to library
> Go to ETS 2 / ATS
> Click "Play"
> Choose "Launch with DirectX (64-bit). Make sure you chose 64 bit.
> Start ETS 2
> Choose your profile and press "drive"
> Close ETS 2
> Start TruckersMP as admin. TruckersMP will start with DirectX for all time. Except you change it again.

Also try to reinstall TruckersMP.

Go to '%programdata%' and delete the folder 'TruckersMP'. After that uninstall TruckersMP and download the MOD again. https://truckersmp.com/download -> Launch the installer as admin
