1 FPS while connecting

Dear all.

 

I've been playing TMP for a while, I had crash problems sometimes (always solved), but since yesterday something new happend to me and I can't find a answer.

 

The problem this time starts when the screen "connecting to [server]" shows up. The game starts to load, the connection is stablished and before my truck shows up in last position the game was saved (while still loading), my FPS goes to "amazing" 1. It takes forever to load the game (if I am not auto kicked before), and even if the game loads, stills 1 FPS. For some reason, this problem happens when I connect to any of european server, no matter if some one is near to me or not. I've tried american server and I had no problem.

 

When I can see my truck and open TAB, my ping is the usual before this problem (248 ~ 260). American server my ping is around 150.

 

Steps I've already taken:

- Tried single player and game works fine

- Reset my router

- Changed DNS for 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

- Problem is the same if my connection is wireless or wired

- Launch ETS2 with direcxt (64 bit), drive, save, launch TMP

- Checked files integrability

- Unistall TMP + regedit + reinstall (administrator)

- No graphics resolution changed

- Graphic drivers are updated

- Tried new profile

- Load previous save game

 

My question is: Who can help me?

As ı see that you have a problem about your low FPS 

I think you should check this guide for improve yoru FPS

Bom, ao meu ver isso não é problema de FPS e sim de conflito de rotas entre o seu provedor com os servidores Europeus. tente contatar seu provedor e informe o problema, caso não der certo, tenta a solução do Jean M e formate a maquina e atualize todos os drivers. Eu acho que seja um problema com a sua internet ao tentar conectar-se com servidores Europeus, já que no servidor Americano fica normal, talvez seja desnecessário mas você já pensou na possibilidade de formatar o seu computador e ver se resolve? ou ver se é algo relacionado a sua internet?

Always keep your system up to date.
Replace the graphics card if necessary.
Try reinstalling the game.
Turn off unnecessary features in the graphics settings.
Move away from crowded areas.

Once again, I thank all you guys for helping me.

 

After reading all the answers, specially from @DJFrontier, I guess the problem is not increase FPS by changing setups, but internet connection issues, causing this low FPS while loading the game. The main reason that makes me believe this is the problem, is because I could connect to American server whithout any problem. Only when I tried to connect to European server the problems happened.

 

Also, I did not change any kind of setup, resolution, nothing related to graphics, before the problem begins.

 

Last but not least, all of sudden I can connect to European server again. Dont ask me why and how it changed. I did nothing.
