How to reproduce:

This is NOT double posting! In THIS topic my problem was misunderstood. In this post here I will try to describe my problem again:

-> The player with the TMP-ID 1159098 is already banned.

-> Nevertheless I am able to create report with this TMP-ID although he/she is already banned!

-> My problem (bug report): If you report an already banned player, there is NOT standing ''Player is already banned''

---> I am able to report player although he is already banned. I think that is not correct.

Browser: Firefox 58.0.2 (64bit)

You can still report the person even if he is banned, the ban can be extended from the recent one

Oh okay... I thought that I am not able to report player who is already banned.
