And devices less than 992px minimum width could have less than 350px so it doesn't do the same for their devices. I managed to find a solution to it with inspect element and changing the class styles for "col-md-3" but it would be better if you could use different class names and adding the styles onto that. This should even the recruitment page out and look better like the MP Status page. Hope this helps.
