Logitech G29 + Shifter - Gear Help?

Hey there,

I have the Logitech G29, Shifter and Logitech G Saitek Side Panel.

 

I'd like to use the gear-shifter to be able to set the truck to be in Drive, Neutral and Reverse and then all gear changes to be automatic. 

So 3rd Gear = Forwards, Neutral = Neutral, 5th Gear = Reverse.

 

I've tried a few options already but couldn't seem to get it right.

 

Is it possible? If so which option is it in game?

Greetings @WoodyM8 have you tried to go in under controls and choose h-shifter as gearbox mode? also i recommend to use range if you want 1 to 6 on first level and 7 to 12 on second level when you have used a bottun to switch the gears.

Take a Look to "Logitech Profiler". There you can change your shifter settings, I think.

I watched squirrel setup his shifter in this video(the in game  settings):

Then I set the  shifting mode to Scania 12 speeds at the bottom of the  controls page and then real automatic at the top and it works perfectly.
