When buying a truck.

  When buying a truck,strange behavior happens.I owned already one.Have a 5 slots available garage.Want to buy one and send one to the garage.Depending on what tuning i choose(ex. art paint) it won't let me buy it but TRADE it..??If i want kinda plain with less options,it will let me buy it.Why?

Make sure you have enough money to add accessories and buy trucks

It means: You don't have enough money to buy trucks because you add many accessories to your truck. Therefore you can only trade with your available trucks.
