I can do over 100 fps in the loading screen but in the game i do a maximum of 15 or less which is strange

On the loading screen, the game does not do much work that fag your computer. The MP also provides you with comfortable play, if you have a lot of RAM. If you upgrade your graphics settings, you should have a good video card. I guess there is nothing strange.

Hello,

Your system seems extremely capable at running this game.

I can offer you two solutions.

First Solution:

This is not really a solution but rather a heads up: High populated areas such as C - D road will always cause lag on many systems due to the strain that the high quantity of players put on the CPU / GPU and other hardware. You probably already knew this so check out the next solution.

Second solution:

1. I suggest you fire all you workers and sell their trucks (You probably may not need to do this since you re-installed your game)

2. Press TAB on your keyboard (whilst ingame on MP) --> Go to settings ---> Uncheck "Development logging"

3. Update your drivers (gpu,cpu..)

If you’re encountering the lag issue in single player as well then it’s an issue on your end, not with the MP client.

Check the minimum system requirements and recommended requirements for ETS2 and compare them to your PC: http://store.steampowered.com/app/227300/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2/ If your PC doesn’t meet the minimum requirements, then it’s inevitable that you’ll have lag. Also note that just having 16GB of RAM doesn’t mean your computer is capable of running it- this is good provided you have sufficient enough CPU and Graphics/GPU performance.

Hello, as you have informed you have 16 gb ram and integrated graphics. well integrated graphics are just basic level, so you can't expect more FPS from them or Do you have any dedicated graphics in your laptop. If not i guess there is no solution to fix your problem. I would just suggest you to buy a laptop with dedicated graphics.:)

Your Graphics card isn't the best but it should be able to run ETS2. Your CPU is what worries me a bit. it's not a really good CPU.

Have you tried to perform a benchmark before to see if it has anything to do with it??

@Potions

The CPU that you're uing should be able to reach at least 45 to 55FPS.

I remember having the AMD A6 6400K well optomized and that managed to run ETS2 at  30 to 45FPS.

Old Specs:

(MB) Gigabyte

(CPU) AMD A6 6400K

(HDD) 2X 1TB SAMSUNG

(RAM) 16GB DDR3 1600MHz

(GPU) MSI NVIDIA GTX 960 4GB

(PSU) 500W - Cant remember which brand.

Remember to disable any performances that are not needed whilst running your Games.

This procedure should always be run, no matter what system you're using.

I would suggest checking your CPU for core damage and optimizing it if you haven't done so already.
