Hello @AshoMen,

You can try these steps:

1. Run the command client (cmd) as an administrator.

2. Enter the following command:

sfc /scannow

3. Wait for the process to finish, and then restart your computer.

4. Launch the game with Steam "Launch with DirectX (64-bit)".

5. Spend some time in the game (5-10 min).

6. Exit the game and start Multiplayer.

This looks like a problem with your computer or operating system. Try verifying ETS2 cache. Your computer probably isn't very fast, you should wait a few minutes and see if it disappears. Usually, you can end ETS2 task trough Task Manager.

Helped ya? Why not giving me a reputation point? Thanks!

Hello @AshoMen

I had the same problem and what I did, I closed the game by clicking in the button exit.

Before that I always closed the game using alt+f4 and my PC freezed.

Also, you can minimize your game and close it by the task manager, if you do it in that way,  the game will close correcly.

I hope to have helped you

Sincerely, Akoa

try clearing your ram cache. you can do this by following these steps.

step 1. press windows+R

step 2. type %temp%

step 3. delete all files ( but if you run a server or a built in email server make sure not to delete files for those things, you can lose emails or server info)

step 4. reboot your computer

Hello @AshoMen, i am not sure if this is the same issue, but for me my ETS 2 was constantly crashing after clicking the 'Exit'-button to close the game. What solved the issue for me was to navigate to 'D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64' (or wherever your ETS 2 is installed) and delete the file 'd3d9.dll' in that folder. I think it is worth giving it a shot whether this might solve your problem as well.

Please Follow this step's:

1-) Go to Documents and Delete the ETS2MP Folder

2-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

3-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)

4-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

5-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

6-) And, go to re/download this launcher here: https://truckersmp.com/download
