Also, it is allowed to use such trailers as it doesn't add any collision box. Just be careful, some stuff is not allowed, and some others is just borderline...

There are many mod makers sites if you want to game in SinglePlayer.

If you want to play in MultiPlayer, then you can use the modes that are available in the forum and are allowed in the game.

Yes this trailer is allowed all it does is add the cows cargo onto another trailer and does not extend the trailers hitbox (+ the cows are ncz) so its ok I myself use this trailer all the time  Well haven't since winter mod tho cause too cold and snowy
