Hello @Andrescabrera5,

 

You can try these steps:

 

1. Run the command client (cmd) as an administrator.

2. Enter the following command:

sfc /scannow

3. Wait for the process to finish, and then restart your computer.

4. Launch the game with Steam "Launch with DirectX (64-bit)".

5. Spend some time in the game (5-10 min).

6. Exit the game and start Multiplayer.

Hello, this could simply be because your PC cannot handle it, just avoid the areas, lower your graphics, and enjoy the game. ETS2 is more then C-D area :P
