Pro mods and MP

I wish they use pro mods maps and have some traffic in multiplayer  also let us rent out own server and only friends can join with traffic etc.. it would be  a game changer but At least they are working on new kick/ban system for us! I have stop playing MP due too much idiots blocking afk in roads ramming speed hack etc!

TruckersMP, map mode is  not working about. The MP is transmitting when the SCS publishes the map but good progress has been made in the current game.

I hope, TruckersMP starts a work for the skoda topic..

Promods with multiplayer would be very fun, but it would be a nightmare for the developers to make it work. Plus multiplayer is already laggy enough in busy areas, it would get even worse with promods

I highly doubt that ProMods will happen anytime soon, this is due to various reasons of which the developers have stressed time and time again whenever it's suggested.

Again, shot down by the developers. They want TruckersMP to remain an MMO, and it's rather expensive to host servers. Unless you donate a hefty sum of money to the project, I doubt that it'll ever happen.

Promods in MP would nice but as say above gives promods also more lag in MP.
Kick/Ban is nice in small servers as CoD and BF but think in ETS2/ATS MP don't work there are more people in these servers and if friends play together you can kick everybody that is not good.
Only thing you can do is record and report, must say reporting on site works good.

Maybe someday it will be like the MP in beta, but now I do not think so, but it was a vote to add a map to TruckersMP.

This would be pretty awesome to have but if it did happen (which it won't) the developers would have a very hard time making it work.

Pro mods map wants a good system. Bringing MP would have been a lot of trouble. Lag, fps drop... etc.

Integrating TruckersMP and ProMods would be great. But the ProMods is one of biggest and most detailed map mod and I think there is a lot of work and process. Needs hard work

I would love to see something like promods and traffic on maybe a simulation server but I doubt they would do that. The bandwidth needed for all those mods and skins and network syning would be enormous.

This would be amazing and is often suggested however the server wouldn't be able to handle it and people with limited processing power / network connection would cause extreme lag.

This has been suggested many times before and has been proven impossible due to the file size and copyright.

Promods in TruckersMP will require lots of legal and server side work to make it possible, considering TruckersMP being free mod for millions of players it is highly unlikely that promods will enter multiplayer any time soon due to the running cost of high end servers that will be required to run promods and also making a deal with promods team themselves for the copyright issue. So yes you may dream on of truckersmp having promods one day but for now it likely won't happen.
