This topic will help you: -> Copy and paste your EMail + your password into notepad! -> Start TMP as admin -> Copy and paste your EMail into the EMail field (From Notepad) (Make sure you copied the @) -> Copy and paste your password into the password field (From Notepad) If this doesn't work: Try to change your password and / or EMail and try it again! 0 [MCG] Kien Giang Posted January 22, 2018 Report Posted January 22, 2018 (edited) Hello This is the way to help you solve the problem: Enter to the site with E-Mail, which you register on the site, not your game nickname, or Steam nickname; Write your E-Mail and password in Notepad, and then copy them one by one paste in the login window, if you not sure that your login and password is correct writing by your self; If none of the above advice does not help the situation, try to reset your password and log in again; Do not use a password or E-Mail any symbols, password must being only characters and numbers; Do not use Steam-account, if the game is not bought on it, and on the other account. With the «Steam Family Sharing»to play in multiplayer you cant to connect also ; Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on TruckersMP site. This is a very important point! Solution 2) Try going directly to Steam community website (http://steamcommunity.com/), logging in and then trying to log in via TruckersMP website(https://truckersmp.com/). Solution 3) Check that you have correct language selected in the language bar and are typing the characters that you intended to type. Solution 4) Disable any extensions or add-ons that might interfere with Steam login or Steam guard (such as ScriptBlocker). Solution 5) Try logging in with a different, unmodified browser. For example, if you are using Google Chrome, try using Internet Explorer (without add-ons), or Mozilla Firefox. Solution 6) Try logging in via Incognito Mode. Solution 7) Incorrectly enter your details until captcha appears, refresh the page and try logging in.have you typed same email and password which you have typed in browser. once check caps lock and number lock keys.Make sure that the @ symbol is being entered correctly. You can copy(Ctrl+C) the symbol in Notepad and then paste(Ctrl+V) it when you are typing your e-mail address. 0 Martin. Posted January 22, 2018 Report Posted January 22, 2018 Hello, Make sure to double check both your e-mail and password. If it's still saying it's invalid, you can try restarting it. To do so: You must head over to TruckersMP's Website. Press on the "Login" button on the top of the screen. On your screen, underneath the login creditentials entering screen, you will see a "Forgot your password?" section. Underneath it you must click on the "click here" to get redirected. Afterwads you must enter the e-mail you've registered your account with and await for the new password in your e-mail. I hope that this works out for you! Regards, Martin.
