Hi, i installed the tmp and everything was ok until i run it. When i do double click in "TruckersMP" the application do not start and it says "TruckersMP Launcher has stopped working". I have Windows 7 and 64 bits. I try cleaning my pc with ccleaner, i try to fix the internet problems, try to reinstall microsoft visual c++ resistributable 2015 and nothing worked out.I saw that other guy had the same problem and he found the solution formatting his pc but i dont know how to do that. Please someone help me!! Sory if my english is not so good, im from southamerica

click at Task manager, and than at more details.
It is possible that ETS2 is still open there.
In that case, the game can not start, or update.
It has than not yet been resolved?, let me know, I am trying you good to help.

Hi, thak you for the help. I already have windows 7 service pack 1. Im going to install the amd drivers,and i'll let you now later, thanks

I have Windows 7. With the part of more details i think you a refering to windows 8, and if you dont, ETS2 its no opened when i launch the tmp.

Hello and thank you for the help but no one of those error was mine. I try deleting the tmp launcher folder and reinstalling the launcher, but i dont found the part when it says "Install Available Updates"  in the launcher.

Do you start the Launcher with -> Admin?

So are you was already in the MP before or is it the first Time?

 

You could try this Steps maybe it helps for you:

Hi and thanks for the help but it still not working. I tried everything i supose i wll have to format my pc
