hello @StainSpecialist, Welcome to forums.  Just follow this steps

  • Goto path location C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP
  • Delete both core_ets2mp.dll and core_atsmp.dll files
  • now start Truckersmp launcher as administrator and click on install the files.

This might solve your issue.If it doesn't solve then contact Support team by creating ticket at https://support.truckersmp.com/

Hi @StainSpecialist,

 

Try running the launcher as administrator, and if it doesn't help, fully reinstalling it. 

 

If this doesn't help, check if your antivirus or firewall may be blocking internet access to the launcher.

Hello,

 

Please see the link below, this has helped me out multiple times. I have also included some extra steps that you may try.

 

 

Go to Documents
Delete the ETS2MP Folder
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)
Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
Re-Download the launcher and install
Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
