Suggestion to "10 seconds no headlights"

I myself never got kicked for no lights, but i think it's a very good idea to do this. It's very dangerous driving at night without lights and you can't see them till the last second. For newcommers and people who don't understand english, it would be a very good and understandable addition to make the roads safer. +1

+1 For this. I think that the timer isn't very visible in the chat with the other users messages and it's a very short time. But with an alert sound and a visible counter will not be a problem.

Usually I cannot see this warning, I am focusing to the way while driving truck. Developers should add beep-beep (warn) sound to wake up players who is focusing to the way much.

You should know all of your key bindings before you go online or offline period. I do agree it should be more like thirty seconds and have a warning light and/or sound that flashes.

The message is in red so it's hard to miss it. it happens to me very rare to get this warning but i was never kicked because of it.
I agree about changing the way this warning is displayed but the timer is more than enough so no need to touch there.

I believe 20 seconds is too much of ghost driving. 10 seconds is more than enough for a reaction and it's not that much of ghost driving. I do like the beeping idea tho.

It always scares me just not used to 24hr clocks I feel 10s is fine maybe bigger letters, sometimes I miss it.

I still think 15 seconds is not that much but 10? I think it should be updated to 30 seconds ar at least 20-25 seconds.

I also have this prob as I have 3 screens and Its very easy to kiss it . we hold big convoys live on youtube and its just a complete pain to have to relog and get everyone to stop ect . a warning sound would be the perfect addition

I think adding that little extra addition would help people who may be abit fixed on things happening on the road at the time as i isnt the most visible when your not looking for it as id agree so simple noise to get your attention would be a good addition to the game.

Yes I agree a small beeper to remind you to turn your lights on would be a very good idea.

Its good idea to have some extra Visual or Sound notification ! For people with 4k screens are really dificult to read the text and sometimes did not see it at all ! Also for 3 monitors sometimes you dont check left corner of the screen ! Its not a problem at all , but gone a help a lot !

I think this a rather good suggestion on the side of making the notification more noticeable for players, the current system isn't very good and just flags up with the message that you'll be kicked in 15 seconds for no headlights in chat. Currently not a lot of people look in the chat therefore people might not see this notification and this is when people are kicked from the game.

I support having a notification that pops up on the screen which tells you to turn on the screen, similar to the one when you try open the map or something else why driving, it would be a good idea and therefore make it more noticeable for people to see the message to turn the headlights on. This would be more work for the Development Team however this would be a worth it in the long run I think.

 

This suggestion should therefore be accepted and I show my support for this topic.

I think 10 seconds is not enough. It should be around 20-30 or so. 

OR just make notification more visible

Accepted. Notifications (instead of messages) will appear at 20 seconds, 10 seconds and 5 seconds before the kick is applied.
