hello!

spawns the same event everywhere at every player, so it is syncronized or is it different for each player, also you can not see that -> https://imgur.com/a/ooamc ?

No, it's not.

 

1. Random events are not sync, hence other players don't see the random event that you see.

 

2. Due to missing ai, random events don't show all vehicles in every case
