hello there sirs i need help for the truckersmp launcher why am i not able to launch the truckersmp on my computer when i tried to launch it says truckersmp has stopped working and thers a text that says cannot contact to the web update i really dont know what the hell is going on

- Start the game as admin

- Try to restart your router

- Try to restart your computer

- Try to reinstall TMP (Delete ALL TMP folders and download the mod again: https://truckersmp.com/download)

- Try to close ETS 2 via Task-Manager (Maybe the game is opened in the background)

yes 64bit windows7 service pack1 i have tried everything reinstalling run as admin but still doesnt work

Please try these things

1. Run the program as an administrator (right click the shortcut and select 'run as an administrator' and accept the UAC prompt.

2. Run TruckersMP in compatibility mode for Windows 7, please follow this guide http://pearsonsupport.helpserve.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/210/21/how-to-install-or-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode-in-windows-7

3. Install these two programs

.NET Framework 4.6.2

i have cleaned the temp files and this is the result i never tried installing the netframework and visualcc yet

Please try to solve your problem by cleaning old files with Ccleaner.
You can save the files you consider valuable before running the cleanup and..
You can also customize the cleaning of Ccleaner.

Please Follow this step's:

1-) Go to Documents and Delete the ETS2MP Folder

2-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

3-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)

4-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

5-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

6-) And, go to re/download this launcher here: https://truckersmp.com/download

hello i already clean my pc using ccleaner its clean now done all the solutions being posted on the furom but still doenst fix i dont know what the hell is going on maybe theres something in my pc that cuase tmp to not launch and i cant find what is it i dont wanna do reformat downloading large files again not having fast interne connection tsk i cant play multiplayer really annoying

Try to run a sfc /scannow command in DOS then restart your computer and try again. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161

Also, download CCleaner and run a registry cleanup and try again. https://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/using-ccleaner/registry-cleaning

As a last option, delete the ETS2MP folder from documents and follow the guide below,

1. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

2. Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

3. Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

4. Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

5. Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privilegeshttps://truckersmp.com/download/

If it still doesn't work you can try manually deleting the core_ets2mp.dll file in the TruckersMP folder and then opening the launcher, pressing F1 and clicking 'install available updates' so that it re-downloads.

3. Launch TruckersMP

Try manually deleting the core_ets2mp.dll file in the TruckersMP folder and then opening the launcher, pressing F1 and clicking 'install available updates' so that it re-downloads.

1. Go to C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP

2. delete the file core_ets2mp.dll

3. Launch TruckersMP

4. Press 'F1' and click 'install available updates'.

i said i cant even launch the tmp how am i gonna press f1 and install update cant even open it and there is no such content core_ets2mp.dll in program data under tmp folder all is just emptyfolder

hello guys a i just wanna say thank you to those who have help me to fix the tmp promlem to those who had give me the information on how to fix it and finally i already fixed it i just found out that the problem is the pc im using it was not reformatted properly and what i did is i reformat it again properly and then there it goes i already had the tmp working properly now
