ETS2 Crashes

Game crashes, while trying loading into save game.

Tried:

verify integrity of game cache
reinstall game

new savegame

 

Added game.crash.txt.

Dear @Ryuichi,

Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework (4.7) & DirectX & Microsoft Visual C++ 2015

and use CCleaner to remove temporary files and obsolete registry paths.

Hi @Ryuichi hope you have had a good year so far! Anyway are you try to load the save game in multiplayer or single player? If it is single player have you used mods on it? If so, it will likely to crash if the mod is corrupt or if the mod only works on a certain update.

• Delete file Documents/ETSMP (Please before deleting,backup this file)
• Don't use unsupported mods.Also too many mods can cause your game to crash.
• Update your graphic card driver.
• Take care not to play in crowded places.
• My Computer>Local Disk C>Programdata>TruckersMP and delete the file named "core_ets2mp.dll"
• That's may be caused by missing game file.Go to Steam Library / Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 / Properties/Local Files / Verify Integrity of Game Files.
• You maybe need a new profile,delete old and get a new one.
• Pull down your graphics settings.

Are you logged in as administrator on your pc?

Start Steam as admin and then start ets2 in the game directory as admin.

Make sure your securtiy app (AVG/Avira) is not blocking ETS2. Check this in the settings of your programm and add it to the exceptions.

And what was happening before if you can remember so

before you got some crash?

I think you can try:

1. Move folder Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\ to any where (maybe Desktop) => Open game again, create new profile and login. If still error:

2. Delete folder Documents\ETS2MP => Open game again and login. If still error:

3. Reinstall TruckersMP with Administrator permission.

 

Additional: Plsase install full software for game as .Net Framework, VC++, DirectX... full version. It will always be helpful to you.

Please Follow this step's:

1-) Go to Documents and Delete the ETS2MP Folder

2-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

3-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)

4-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

5-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

6-) And, go to re/download this launcher here: https://truckersmp.com/download
