[SOLVED] We where unable to find ETS2...

Hello everyone,

 

I recently gifted ETS2 to my friend so we could play together on multiplayer. After playing a big on the game (+2h) he tried to register but got the error message saying We where unable to find etc... (screenshot: https://echo.akxis.io/3b7.png)

We already tried the following:

- Make sure he played more then 2 hours

- Profile is public

- Inventory is public

Just wait couple minutes when you press the "Sign in trough STEAM" button. If it doesn't works, clear your browser cache and try it again. I hope it works, good luck!

Say this to your friend:

 

In order to activate games at TruckersMP.com you must have at least 2 hours of play time, better 3 - 5 hours, on Steam public profile for either Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator.

If error still occurs, feel free to make support ticket and contact support and hopefully, we'll find a solution

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we introduced this limit to restrict accounts made only to create havoc for other players.
