My friend bought the game in April 2017,Then his account was stolen,He can not log in TruckersMP,I would like to ask, you can reset the mailbox and password?I tried to send the link to the mailbox, but did not receive it.:(

Mm.. sounds like the Guy what just hacked his Account

changed the E-mail or Password.

The best way is to create a Ticket to the Support here -> https://support.truckersmp.com/

 

But not sure because i think your Friend have to open a ticket or something.

But try this Steps first to write the Support.

What Harley said is correct. Your friend will have to open a Support ticket over at https://support.truckersmp.com/ and explain the situation. TMP can change the email and password of the account for him after a few security and authenticity checks, but only him can contact support for it. You can do it for him, but unless it is your friend himself, nothing can be done. Additionally, if his Steam account has been compromised, the he will have to contact Valve, instead, as TMP does not have any control over Steam accounts.

 

Tell your friend to contact Truckers MP's Support and explain the situation. Our team of Support staff will gladly do what they can to help!
