Temp ban my account?

Hi, I have sent a ticket for my account to be banned due to hackers. Is this the correct way of selecting a support ticket and then account issues? Also If someone was to make a new account and their old one was temp banned. Does this mean that they are ban evading? Not saying I would do this as I follow the rules and would not do that that, but thanks for your help

I can only answer the ban evading one: It's not allowed to create an other account

i think it would go under ban evading since you have 1 bans that have been happening this year. but keep your password secure and change password each 2 month or month and a half just to be safe

Creating a second account and using it because the first account is banned, is indeed ban evading. This is not allowed regarding the rules:

 

§3.7 Ban Evading

Creating another account to get around a temp ban / perm ban. If evidence points that you have ban evaded, administrators reserve the right to ban you again without notification.
