What does "playing chicken" mean?

I reported a player and my report was accepted. When I looked over, the profile said "Playing Chicken + Ramming". So, what defines as "playing chicken"?

It means that the user intentionally steers towards oncoming traffic wanting them to make a move to avoid a possible accident. Mostly, the oncoming traffic ends up in the grass. That is what Game Moderators call "playing chicken". It is also deemed as reckless driving
