winter What's Your Winter Like?

What's winter like where you live? For me, dry heat. I love it! Down here in Pensacola, Florida, USA (otherwise known as America's first settlement) it's hot. We rarely get snow. And by rarely, extremely rare. Not surprising since it's down South. I've also never seen snow. The only sow we get is pollen.

About average for me. Its right about freezing temps for me here now, and in a little bit it will average around -10C (I think that's something like 25F?), with some snow.

Here last year we had -22-25°C and a huge pile of snow in Budapest, Hungary

 

I loved it because i prefer to winter over summer

In Texas (USA) the highs are 55 F to 65 F, Low's in lower 40's. seldom snows and when it does. It's gone by noon the next day. We get some ice storms tho. Nice mild Winter Weather.

Medium, usually out of winter is between 11F to 19F and winter is -3F to 7F.

Okay, 50% chance I cold be getting snow here in Florida. Weather Channel says that we're getting the Arctic Cold this year. I've been praying for snow this year.

For me winter is always changing, in Newcastle it doesn't really snow but it is always cold and icy and can be good fun watching people slipping and sliding all over the place.

Pretty cold here on winter, going to -5°C last week, can go down to -10°C. On summer it can go up to 40°C.

Here in Sao Paulo never snows  :/
 The maximum cold that I saw was of 1°C

Where I live, it's a nasty winter. Bunch of humidity, -4ºC that feel like -20ºC in your bones. Back when I lived in East Europe, the temperatures were lower than that, but almost no humidity, and you could survive the cold with just a good jacket.

I live in South Africa and since we're in the Southern Hemisphere, we have winter when you guys have summer. Winter for me, especially since I live at the coast, isn't even winter for you guys - average temperature would be 18 degrees Celsius and coldest it will get is around 11 degrees Celsius. Though there are some parts of the country where it actually gets down to 3 degrees and into the very low negatives, and actually starts snowing.

@Wolfman93 - While Timmy's is a staple of any Canadian's diet, it doesn't help much for the weather when I'm a 20-30 minute drive from Alaska.

Well, my winter is snow and rain, pretty boring if you ask me. I'd much rather be in the French Alps celebrating it.
