Topic - Feedback Suggestion 

 

What I Would Like Personally Added - One Or More Feedbacks even if one feedback is already open due to help reasons 

 

Why Should It Be Added? - It will allow a user or player to make one or more feedbacks while a feedback is already open in case I as the player needs help instead of waiting for the last feedback to be closed.

This used to be possible when the feature first was released. However, in a recent update, this was limited to one. My main guess would be that some people abused the system before. Where I don't agree this should be unlimited feedback tickets in one go but I do agree more than 1 can be open at any one time. Maybe a maximum of 2 or 3 open at a time.

-1/+1 Maybe and maybe not,  If people could create more then one feedback it would be so easy to abuse and would probably unnecessarily add to the feedback tickets. Besides if you have another issue that needs sending to feedback surely you could say something in your current one or once you've finished your current one rather then creating a new one.

 I can also see the plus side of this tho but I'm just not sure if its really needed, I don't really see having only one feedback ticket at a time as an issue really but I guess more then one could be useful for people if needed.

I'll say it has nothing too do with abusing, but with the amount of feedbacks they get on a daily bases. 

 

Imagine if a user can create 5 feedbacks, and lets say another 50 users make 5 feedbacks, that add a lot off feedbacks in queue, it will only take more time to deal with it. 

 

AS example you can look at the reports on the website. I think that is the reason on it to keep it under control and respond at the feedback within a reasonble time limit.

Rejecting this because it will for the most part not be useful, and the limit was necessary to stop people from submitting multiple requests of the type "Why are you not responding to my other feedback?".

 

If this is causing an issue, write a comment on the open feedback request and inform us about it.
