[Report System] Show a warning if a player hasn't been online within the previous month

Suggestion Name: Show a warning if a player hasn't been online within the previous month.

Suggestion Description: If a user attempts to report another user of whom hasn't been online within the past month, display a warning (similar to reporting a low ID).

Why should it be added?: This will reduce the flow of false reports and possibly eliminate players using evidence that is over a month old.

An unambiguous +1 - another suggestion to keep our players safe from getting wrongfully banned, because in the end we don't want people to get banned and then have their ban deleted because it turns out that the report evidence is too old.

That suggestion may not be the solution as the gamer might show old video recording or upload recently to make it look like a new report. (But +1)

If the recording is more than a month old you should not report.

 

It's possible, but not sure we'll implement it any time soon since it would cause a fairly massive load on the systems handling the logs.

To be fair, this won’t stop people being wrongfully reported or banned by admin.

 

my issue with this is that it’s fairly easy to edit times and dates and change evidence to make it look more recent. What makes more sense is to cache player IDs on each server so that someone physically cannot report someone with old evidence because admins can simply look at the ID log and see the last date that that ID accessed the server and if it doesn’t match the evidence, the report is deny and a temporary ban of 2 days is applied to the person who sent in the report for falsifying reports. It’s like making a fake police report, eventually it’ll bite you back and you’ll get arrested for it, if that applied here, people will be more likely to provide correct evidence and report accordingly.

I used to be banned twice in the same video with malicious reports, and it was continuous.

From now on, report system will be automatically blocked for users who weren't online for more than 7* days.
