I advise you to wait patiently as it is very hard to give an ETA time, due to the fluctuation of work loads, reports claimed and other issues admins have to deal with on a daily basis. During the holidays, admins are more likely to have time off work / school and therefore able to see to reports much quicker. Obviously, that hasn’t lasted into the current period given the report build-up.
