Dear @TNnGen,

-Have you tried restarting your routter?
It can be a simple temporary problem of your internet.

-Do you connect to the server closest to your location?
Sometimes our ping can give problems when we try to connect to a server far from our location.

-Is it currently connected via cable or wiffi?
If you are connected through Wi-Fi, try to connect through the cable to take advantage of all the broadband of your internet.

I hope that helps you!

Hi @TNnGen

This issue is related to your internet. What you can do?

1- Try turning your modem on and off. (2 times in 5 minutes)

2- Also do you using dns address? (If you using, change it.)

3- May be related to antivirus program. (Disable and try again.)

In brief,if you are using a program that affect your internet, disable all.

I hope it works :)

Dear TNnGen,

If you have tried the above and still have a problem; would you be able to share your internet score from a measurement tool such as https://speedtest.net as this will help to guage potentially where the problem is, as it will test the "ping, download and upload speeds" of your internet.

You may also wish to make sure your anti-virus software is enabled on "game mode" or disable it temporarily to see if it's affecting the game.

Best of luck.

Kind regards,

Matthew
