However, I personally feel that TruckersMP will only allow it on its own dedicated server, given the complexity of the DLC. Others think that the DLC could be neglected entirely, which would be a massive shame. There haven’t been any certain area restrictions announced for this DLC as of yet. Hopefully this won't mean the escort vehicle has the ability to send other people's trucks flying because then it can be used a a trolling tool. Bigger and heavier cargo means slower acceleration, that means slower average speed, that means much higher reaction times and lower risk of accidents. All you have to do is let the faster players overtake you safely. But even if you dont let them overtake, if an accident occurs, it's not your fault, but the overtaker fault. No matter how slow is the other guy driving, you must always do a safe overtake (or sometimes, dont overtake at all). Of course, there is always the chance trolls will use them for blocking, but they can do so with any trailer, so why this should be different? Not a certain area, but those trailers will be restricted (in the base game, at least) to only certain routes within the map (17 IIRC) for now, the number of allowed routes would be increasing in the future. So, kind of like the Doubles and Scandinavia, I guess. What I don't know is if restricting routes in MP is as feasible as restricting a whole area (like the devs did so if someone tries to go out of Scandinavia with a double, that someone is kicked from the server). For wide loads: If this was implemented in MP, a lot of map editing would need to be done. Have you considered the fact that Europe has these tiny roads? If map editing can't be done, it's better to just ban them on single lane roads.
