Future oversize cargo DLC support

Suggestion Name: Placeholder for the future oversize cargo DLC

Suggestion Description: The future oversize cargo DLC will contain very large models with very large hitboxes. As directly porting these models to TruckersMP is prohibited, the use of placeholder models is reccommended.

Why should it be added?: Since many players will not own the oversize cargo DLC, like currently, they will see empty trailers. They will not see the actual cargo on the trailers. This is a problem because the oversize cargo likely has substantially wider collision boxes. For example, if a player who does not own the oversize cargo DLC attempts to overtake a player with oversize load, they might collide with the wide hitbox and crash without seeing the large cargo. To circumvent this, TruckersMP should implement placeholder models for those that do not own the DLC. Any generic, basic geometrical shape like a cube should suffice.

You know that we are currently already using placeholder models for the oversized cargo trailers with the self-steering axles? The same would most likely happen when these things are released...

Future development of the game is not a current priority and when this issue arises, we will deal with it the same way we have currently been dealing with these situations.
