Hi @metingoker,

 

I assume you can log into the website and not the actual game? Please try following:

 

If your login information work for TruckersMP.com but you can`t login ingame you should try one of these fixes:

 

First of all make sure you`re logged in with the same Steam account which you were on when you registered at TruckersMP.

Open notepad or a text editor.
You need to write 2 rows, on 1st your email, on the 2nd your password.
Now, copy the email from notepad and paste it in the ingame login screen using keyboard shortcut keys (CTRL+C for copy, CTRL+V for paste - ~ Please notice that these shortcuts may be different in your country. If they don`t work, please inform yourself how you can do it on google ~).
Do the same for the password.
Login.

If the solution didn`t work, you must have a strange character in the password that can`t be recognized by the login system ingame.
To bypass this problem, you should change your account password to only latin letters (a to z) and digits (0-9). Please notice that by doing this your password might lack in strength.
In order to change your password, you must login at TruckersMP.com, press Edit Account, insert the new password twice, confirm the old password twice and then press save data.

I hope that one of these fixes worked and you`re now able to login ingame.
If they didn`t, please let us know, together with a brief description of what you did.

Dear @metingoker,

This issue might be caused also by a corrupted steam_api.dll
In order to fix this,  follow the instructions below:

Please head over to the installation folder of Euro Truck Simulator 2 on Steam ( for ex: X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin )
and delete the bin folder.
Verify integrity of game cache for Euro Truck Simulator 2 [ Go to Steam - Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Properties - Local Files - Verify integrity of game cache ]
Wait for the process to finish.
Start TruckersMP and try to login.

If you haven't played multiplayer for a long time, you may have some problems

First of all, the support staff has told you some very detailed solutions

Because you can log on to this forum, and if you want to play multiplayer, they're the same account

Log in multiplayer accounts must be in mailbox format

Make sure your input method is correct, such as uppercase or lowercase

You have to play multiplayer with the steam account associated with the TruckersMP account

You can't play multiplayer games with other steam accounts（If not associated with the TruckersMP account）

Download Mod in TruckersMP and update them online

Other issues, delete the game, reinstall

Solution 1)

Make sure that you are logging in with the Steam account that was originally attached to that TruckersMP account. 

 

Solution 2)

Change the e-mail address that is attached to your TruckersMP account .An example would be Yahoo!, Gmail or Hotmail.
 
Solution 3)

Make sure that the @ symbol is being entered correctly. You can copy the symbol in Notepad and then paste it when you are typing your e-mail address. You can also hold ALT and type 6, 4 using numpad to create the symbol.

If nothing works, try logging in on the website, if it works then you can copy the right user and password from teh website, otherwise you can try to reset your password if oner of the other fixes havn't worked. Hope it gets sorted for you as soon as possible. Jamie
