The ETS2 MP snow mod is only available during the winter season, and it's automatically included in the patch released then (around December). You gotta wait till then to be able to use it. 1 1 Usually findable between Western Germany and Denmark.

In addition, the mod itself has been built into the game, whereby you have the ability to tick and option in order to activate it.
