How to see if i am connected to these ports?

Hi.
If you use router log in as admin to the router desktop: Performance - Virtual Servers (or similar)
• create a new VS and put external and internal ports 42999
• Put your IP adress
• choose TCP\UDP or ALL
• save and reboot you router

If dont have a router:
• Win + R or Start - Run
• type regedit

• navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp.

• find there PortNumber (default port is 3389). You can chance it to 50000
• Reboot your PC.

Regards.

This normally happens to me when i try to open the TMP launcher while not being connected to the internet. Make sure you are connected to the internet.

Kind regards,

That could  be  some issue with your internet connection here are some things that may help.

have you done a hard reset on your pc/ router? if not try this   turn your pc off unplug 3 to 5 minutes  and plug in and trun on

also make sure everything is updated

try to limit whats on your wifi  and try to hard wire if not already.

and check to see if your ISP is   making sure nothing is down on there end.

hope this helped

If that did not work  try to verify game cache.

and  try to clear temp files by

Windows Key + R keyboard shortcut.

In the Run window or search box, type the following command exactly:

%temp%

This commands will open the folder that Windows has designated as your Tempfolder.

Select all of the files and folders within the Temp folder that you want to delete. Unless you have a reason to otherwise, select them all.

Start of by ensuring your TruckersMP launcher is not running in your task manager. Right click your Windows task pane, task manager and check if any signs of the launcher is still running. If you find the launcher is running, then end the process.

1-) Go to Documents
2-) Delete the ETS2MP Folder
3-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
4-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)
5-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
6-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
7-) Re-Download the launcher and install
8-) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"

Solution2

Make sure the computer date and time are correct. Turn off your modem and computer Wait 3 minutes and then turn it on and try again. If the problem does not resolve, try resetting your modem then the problem will be solved.
