servers Europe 2 ETS2 server getting full and needs changing.

Can something be done with the servers because Europe 2 ETS2 is getting very full with over 3490 players logged in and a queue of 200.  One suggestion would be to remove the speed limit enabled on Europe 1 ETS2 temporary and see if more go over to that server to relieve Europe 2 ETS2 hopefully admin and developers will read this and give it a try because everyone is piling on Europe 2 ETS2 because of the limiter and if removed might encourage some to go over to that one. I tried to get on EU2 today and was hopeless and kept say tomany in a queue and try another server and going on another server where there is only 300 or 400 plays you never see anyone else and feels like a ghost town.   What is the Europe [Trial Test Rules]ETS2 server for.

Edit / update : Europe 2 ETS2 server is always full so when I and other try to use it we get a message telling us the queue is too big because the queue is 200 because 3486 players are using that server because there is no speed limiter in use and can use cars. What I am suggesting is for a trial period remove the speed limiter from Europe 1 ETS1 server and allow cars and see if it reduces the amount of users on Europe 2 ETS2 server and some of those users who use Europe 2 ETS2 server logon to Europe 1 ETS1 server and half are on Europe 1 ETS1 server and half are Europe 2 ETS2 server.  If I log on to Europe 1 ETS1 server I never see anybody and feels like a ghost town. I hope this helps Moderators understand.  I also think this should be placed in the appropriate place and developers or I.T. should consider it and ask what others think of the idea to see what feedback they get.

The answer to this question was already given by PrototypeGR above. Nevertheless, I will iterate it - this server has no enabled speedlimiter but does not allow the use or cars. Other than that, could you please separate your description of what the suggestion is about from the reason why it should be added?

Sorry, more players go to Europe 2 weapons, only prove like that server, no more service can hold so many people

This doesn’t seem to be an issue at all for me, within two minutes you should be able to get in if you click on the refresh button, it is a busy server, but are you forgetting? There’s always people leaving the server at the same time. 

 

Try the refresh button several times, if not, it doesn’t really hurt to move to a different server, as they are usually exactly the same.

That would be extremely unfair, EU1 is the simulation server and plenty of people do like it, it would be unfair on those players to remove the speed limit. EU2 will always be full with a queue of 200. EU3 is already an option as it has no speed limiter so same as EU2 except it has no cars but people will still choose to goto EU2 and wait to get into the queue due to the larger amount of players.

EU2 has it's own characteristics, it has no speed limiter w/ cars and has the most players. Adding a similar server or bending rules of others would make others mad because the 90kmh players will no longer be restricted, or a new server would split the playerbase. Queue goes by fast most of the time, just leave it.

I am against changing the EU1 rules, the players there like because we play different there.

We stop at traffic lights and crossings, we don't just race from A to B

The mentality there is friendlier and more mature then on EU2

 

If any server would be changed instead of adding another the best candidates would be EU3 because only the cars are the difference

Editar / atualizar: o servidor Europe 2 ETS2 está sempre cheio, então, quando eu e outros tentamos usá-lo, recebemos uma mensagem dizendo que a fila é muito grande porque a fila é 200 porque 3486 jogadores estão usando esse servidor porque não há limitador de velocidade em use e pode usar carros. O que estou sugerindo é para um período de avaliação remover o limitador de velocidade do servidor Europe 1 ETS1 e permitir carros e ver se ele reduz a quantidade de usuários no servidor Europe 2 ETS2 e alguns usuários que usam o logon do servidor Europe 2 ETS2 para a Europa 1 O servidor ETS1 e a metade estão no servidor ETS1 da Europa 1 e metade são o servidor Europe 2 ETS2. Se eu logar na Europa 1 servidor ETS1, nunca vejo ninguém e me sinto como uma cidade fantasma. Espero que isso ajude os moderadores a entenderem. Eu também acho que isso deve ser colocado no lugar apropriado e desenvolvedores ou TI

EU#1 gives players a realistic and enjoyable experience whilst abiding to the 90km/h speed limit. I quite enjoy driving at a slow and steady pace whilst enjoying the Scandinavian countryside without having to worry about any reckless drivers round the corner. I believe changing the rules will cause an increase in chaos and reckless drivers. It also means many VTCs who host their convoys on the EU#1 server, cannot endure any peace and quiet, since they will be worried someone will come in the fast lane and jeopardize their convoy. This will mean there is a increase in VTC staff and players asking TMP staff for a private server, because they simply cannot trust public servers. Doing this can lead to more money being spent on servers which could potentially see their financial income being squeezed especially when TMP is funded via donations. 

 

Absolutely -1 from me. Whether it is financially or to the community.

Huge -1 from me. EU#2 server is full because most of the players see ETS2 like a NFS or GTA with trucks. EU#1 server is the only one where players actually try to drive in a simulation style. And there's the EU#3 server, players can't drive cars there, but it doesn't have speed limits, so if that's what you're looking for, no need to remove anything from EU#1, play in EU#3.

 

@VortexHauler Unfortunately, the speed limit in EU#1 is not set at 90 Km/h. but at 110 Km/h. I usually drive WoT jobs, so I'm almost always limited to 90 Km/h, but I see many players in EU#1 doing 110 Km/h on every roads. And if I'm driving on an 80 Km/h limited road, I'll be doing 80 and most players will overtake me... But at least, most of those players know how to overtake, maybe because the 110 Km/h limit lets them have a better control over their vehicles.

 There' s no need to remove restrictions on other servers, the server is full use other simply as that.

 

The one thing they could do is add more slot to eu2 but that's not an easy task i remember whe eu2 had only 2500 slots, in that time you could be more than 30min waiting in an imaginary queue where you didnt even knew when was your turn or number in the queue

There are 2 more servers besides Eu2 and Eu1 servers. You can log in and play. you do not have to wait.
