Enable use local mod folder

Suggestion Name: Open a third Servertype, for example called Modroom
Suggestion Description: so that it is possible to use  a Truck, Trailer or Bus Mod,..so everyone can choose themselves to join the Server. Do not misunderstand me. I don't want u to add Mods to the Server, I just want u to enable the local Mod folder for Mod-Players. The currently Server settings shouldn't be replaced, it just should be an add-on.

Why should it be added?: It would be fun for modders and more fun for Mod-user

Any sort of modding in relation to Multiplayer will not occur.

I don't believe your suggestion would be possible without creating tons of error logs.
