Can't Save or create profile

Hi. I have the same problem from this topic 

 

But his issue didn't work for me. ATS and ETS2 can't save on multiplayer or create profile. I think the launcher didn't have permission to the save folder.

Have you tried reinstalling the launcher?

Hello, 

 

If you uninstall the launcher, I recommend you to delete this file :  

My computer > My Documents > ETS2MP

 

 

Then you reinstall the launcher. Here is the URL : https://truckersmp.com/download

- Make sure that You a logged in as Administrator on Your PC.

- Install and Start the TMP- Launcher as Administrator.

- Change Properties of ETS2 and ATS, Let them Start as Administrator.

- Make Sure there is no Write Protection on Your own Documents Folder.

- Check Your PC for "Death" Folders from former Installations.
