Please take a look at the following topic and refer to the first spoiler -

 

Alternativly, you can find the steps in the spoiler below -

Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework

Clean your temp files with CCleaner

Check your temp files path and make sure it's located at C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache

If you don't have "INetCache" folder make a new folder and name it "temp" and then open the Windows temp settings and choose the new path.

 

Let us know if this helped, or if your issue stills persists.

Hai again @DeNpEh123,

 

Can you make sure you have the  latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 as well. In addition, try launching the launcher with admin rights (right click, run as administrator). Also, try a re-install of the launcher.

First of all, we install Microsoft Framework 4.6.2 Here  .

Then restart your computer.

You should not have any problems when you run the Launcher as an administrator.
